Mobile Training Courses at different levels in upazila level:

 

Mobile training courses are valid for 7 days to 21 days. It is non-residential training and there is no fee to participate in this training. Training courses are conducted on the basis of local demand at unit thanas and upazila level.

 

  1. Poverty Reduction and Debt Program:

 

Because of the limitations of the property, the unemployed youth live in poverty. Due to their lack of resources and jobs they are not able to fulfill basic needs like food, nutrition, health and education. With the help of skill-based training and easy terms, this will help in reducing the moral condition and arranging a happy life for the unemployed youth. The main purpose of poverty alleviation and credit program. These activities are continuing in all the upazilas of Bangladesh.

 

Family Beneficiaries Employment Program:

 

The aim of the family-based loan program is to create self-employment through strengthening and strengthening the family bond, through skill-building training and credit for the socio-economic development of unemployed poor people. The implementation of microcredit program is implemented in the total up to 255 upazilas of the country, but this program is being implemented in 236 upazilas due to lack of manpower.

However, those who pay weekly installments on time, need to remember that those who have received 5% of the service charges mentioned in the service charge.

No institutional training is necessary for this loan. However, the center-oriented orientation of the village level is arranged on the 5-day socio-economic development and credit management system of nominated members. The debt-related debt collection rate of family-based loan programs is 97%.

 

  1. B) Youth training and self-employment programs:

 

Under this program, there are 64 districts and 496 upazilas (10 metropolitan unit thanas) in the country. Under the program, there is a provision of training in various departments at the Deputy Director's office in the district headquarters. These training courses are valid for one month to 6 months. Besides, there are short-term non-formal domestic training programs in 496 upazilas for providing short-term training on different trade based on local demand.

Self-employment and income-generating activities of the country's youth-managed youth - making unequivocal contributions to solving poverty and reducing poverty. Under this program, unemployed youths are given a single (individual) loan on institutional/informal trade aimed at self-employment. Institutional and non-institutional loans are approved through two committees in district and upazila respectively.

To get a loan, a guarantor has to ensure 2 guarantees and it is mandatory to have training in the institutional/informal trade. Service charge is levied at the rate of 10% (decreasing) rate on grants granted. There is no further service charge charged on the paid installments in the monthly installment, as the average service charge rate is 5% as per the validity period.   1. Program implemented by the unemployed youth technical training project (2nd phase) :

  1. Programs implemented through the project to set up youth training centers:

 

The purpose of the project and revenue program is to provide residential training to unemployed youth and youth youth, keeping poultry, poultry and modern techniques for agriculture, providing training for 2 months and 15 days in the field of self employment.
