Instructions to open an account for students receiving stipends

Students of 6th to 11th class who have received stipends have been instructed to open an online bank account or mobile banking account. Students are also asked to include information in the software.

 On Monday (October 12), the integrated stipend program sent a letter to all the Upazila Secondary Education Officers informing them of this information.

It is learned that the heads of the institutions have been asked to open the students’ accounts and include that information in the HSP-MIS software by November 8.

 However, it has been warned that the head of the institution will be held responsible if an account of an ineligible student is opened or another account number is entered in the software instead of the account number of the eligible student.
